We are currently seeking qualified animals to get trained and state certified to join our team. Any donations to the organization are gladly accepted though.
Josh Robertson
Savannah is a 6 year old AKC registered Chesapeake Bay Retriever. She loves her little brother Shadow, which is a chow/ spaniel mix. She also enjoys playing with tennis balls. Her tennis balls are her favorite toy and she will play with them for hours on end. She is an outside dog but she likes to come in when she gets a chance and sleep with her mommy and daddy when she can. She has to sneak in the bed though and she’s very good at doing that. She also loves Kobie Lane and she is very protective of her family and home.
Savannah became a proud member of ATT search & rescue dogs of Virginia on May 5th, 2008. She has not gotten her certification yet but is working on it. She will be specializing in air tracking, and trailing.
Her handler, is Josh Robertson. Josh has a history of fire and rescue. Josh is a former member of Roanoke County Fire & Rescue Dept., along with Shady Grove Fire & Rescue in Bedford County. Josh chose to pursue a career in the Information Technology & Security path rather than fire & rescue, but he still has a passion for it, and is very excited to be a member of ATT.
Josh and Savannah reside in Rocky Mount, with the rest of their family Amanda, and Kobie.
